My stay was very nice! The room was cozy and comfortable, and room service was great. Breakfast was a highlight. It's located near great restaurants and the metro. The staff were always helpful. 😊

Free WiFi was excellent, but housekeeping was inconsistent with towels during my stay.

I recently revisited 45 By Director for the second time. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by excellent restaurants and just a short walk to local shops. The staff consistently delivered friendly service, ensuring my stay felt comfortable. The Superior Double Room offered cozy furnishings, although the space felt a bit compact. I also appreciated the good internet connection. However, there were issues with housekeeping consistency. towels were not replaced as expected. Also, I faced payment confusion at check-out, where I was told I needed to pay in cash, despite being informed previously about card payments. Although these inconveniences were disappointing, the hotel’s excellent restaurant and overall vibe made up for some of the difficulties.
